Windows 10: W10 will not boot.... getting PXE-E61 media test failure

Suddenly my W10 Dell laptop (Inspiron 5537 - BIOS version A08) won't boot. Receiving "PRE-E61 Media Test Failure.... check cable...no boot device found". Does MS have a Specific Utility that will fix this issue? Or... will file "EFI\Microsoft\Boot\BCD) help??


I'm writing tis from Windows XP which won't let me download W10 files. Need help in getting the (dead) W10 laptop up and running.FROM A BOOTABLE DVD!!!


Don't want to reload W10 as a new OS..... just a REPAIR of the current OS.

PXE-E61 MEDIA TEST FAILED, CHECK CABLE PXE-MOF EXITING PXE ROM

Hi,

I am getting the following error on my
Dell Studio 1747

PXE-E61 MEDIA TEST FAILED, CHECK CABLE

PXE-MOF EXITING PXE ROM

The hard drive is seen when I hit F2 and look at the specs

I have taken the hard drive out and reinstalled. It did not help but the computer still recognizes the hard drive.

Any suggestions?

For Knowledge: H.D.D is working in good status and it have OS on it win10 working very normally no damage on it
