Windows 10: Updates KB4506991 & KB4503308 issues

Following the 2 updates on 31st July, I have noticed 2 issues.

1) sticky notes does not open all notes onto the desktop on startup. Now only 1 or 2 notes are opened at a time and I have to open any others manually from the list which rather defeats the idea of using sticky notes as reminders. I've tried a reset but that doesn't work. Will a re-install work?


2) I have 4 eBay web page links on my taskbar. Each one corresponds to a different eBay keyword search that I check each day. Since the update I cannot open all 4 (in 4 separate tabs) at one time. I can open 2 pages, but then the 3rd & 4th fail to open until I shut down the first 2.


I know these are minor niggles but has anyone else noticed problems following the update?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

MSI 5870 BIOS Update

Still can't reproduce. Could you please post the exact BIOSes that produce the issue?
