Windows 10: Windows 10 home shows me a random black screen

I get a black screen randomly while i am using the computer, it can be many hours without problems and then show me the black screen frequently, some times gives me a long and permanent beep. Looks like fails at certain hours, at day it works fine and at night starts to give me a lot of black screen errors. I reinstalled the graphic card drivers, checked the cables to screen, used Windows key+ctrl+may+B, ctrl+alt+supr, and nothing Works. I still can hear the sound of the application i was using but just for some time, after like 5 minutes it stop hearing it.

I used also sfc /scannow and i got some errors in the Windows defender, which it could repair, and today i checked it again when i saw the black screen again and there are not errors, also did a hard drive scan and was fine

Also when i opened this web another web opened without my permission and showed me a message saying i have a virus called "e.tre456_worm_windows", it was from an url starting by abridgment.best

Agreed, but it does no matter what I'm doing. I haven't done any gaming because of this, but just using the web, etc., the black screen shows. No one thing triggers it; it just does it at random.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Method 1: I suggest you to update the Display drivers and check if that helps. If that issue persist please uninstall and reinstall latest drivers available in manufacturer website.

• Press “Windows + X” and select Device manger.
• Select Display Adapter and expand the driver icon.
• Right click on the driver icon and click on Update.
• Follow the onscreen instructions to update the driver.
