Windows 10: system restart when powering up

Hello -- Since my last windows update on 8/15 I been having issue with my win10 system. It running win10 / 1903 (32bit)


The update include KB4512508 and the the malware update --


I did restart and there was and issue and the system did some sort of repair --- when the system (re) started, I get a blue screen

with the in --- it restart before I can read what the issue is


Is there a way to find out this error messages / code ?

Windows 10 Restarts During Hibernation (works fine otherwise) -- Kernel Power Error

We suggest that you run the Power Troubleshooter and check if the issue persists, here's how:

• Press “Windows key + X” and click on “Control Panel”.
• Click on “Troubleshooting”,
• Click on “View all” and select “Power”.

Follow the on-screen directions to run this troubleshooter completely. Once this is done, restart the computer and check the status.

The kernel power event ID 41 error occurs when the computer is shut down, or it restarts unexpectedly. When a computer that is running Windows starts, a check is performed to determine whether the computer was shut down cleanly. If the computer was not shut
down cleanly, a Kernel Power Event 41 message is generated.



Try this, see if it works for you:

• Go to "Settings"
• Select "System"
• Select "Power and Sleep"
• Select "Additional Power Settings"
• Select "Choose what the power buttons do"
• Select "Change settings currently available"
• Ensure that "Turn on fast start up" is deselected (unticked)
• Click on "Save Changes"

Restart your computer after performing the steps.

• Under Find and fix other problems look for
  Power.
• Then Run the troubleshooter.
