  1. App crashes and checking report.wer

Hi, a bit of context, I´ve been trying to run 2 games (Dark Souls 3 and Sekiro) on windows 10, but both apps crash shortly after launching, when launched a white screen shows up which should be the game loading but then it crashes without giving any sort of error code whatsoever, I´ve tried many different solutions online such as editing the game´s config file for it to launch at a lower resolution, running in different compatibility modes and changing my settings around in NVIDIA´s control panel all to no avail, so I´m posting this here in the hopes that someone can maybe help me troubleshoot it so I can get the app running

Windows Problem Reporting completely crashing PC

What sort of crash? A freeze? Lots of WER's? Please advise what you are now experiencing.

Freezes don't produce event logs. If you're saying there is no report corresponding to whatever occurred, and there is no crash after a clean boot, then I suggest you proceed with a process of elimination.

That's assuming whatever problem it is you are now experiencing is related to an installed program.
