    Hi guys,

I've been having BSODs and lag spikes when using my laptop, and just got one about 15 mins ago. I have both minidump and DMP of this. I've zipped the minidump and my system config details here: https://1drv.ms/u/s!Ao92IoTvCJyUhsBCjLj8wT3_L3bfwQ?e=8VkIKf

I've tried DISM /restorehealth, SFC and dskchk. It had identified some corrupted files and successfully fixed them, however those keep coming back, and the BSOD's are still going. There were no disk errors.

I also cannot access the Troubleshooting Wizard for Bluescreens, as it gives me the message "Windows Online Troubleshooting Service is not enabled for this version of Windows".

My computer has not and is not overclocked.

I have tried updating the BIOS to the latest from my Toshiba model, and applied their updated drivers. Nothing has stopped the BSODs. http://anz.dynabook.com/support/computers/satellite/l40w-radius/pslzaa-009001/download?os=33

Any help would be greatly appreciated. This has been going on for months, and has been a pain because the crashes have been painful for work.

    :)

Those steps are not relevant to me. In those steps it asks to check the IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers for iastore.sys in the listed drivers.

I do not have iastore as a driver nor is that the files causing the BSOD.

The driver that is causing it (I got this from BlueScreenView) is nvstore.sys which is listed as the driver for three identical items in 'storage controllers' There are 4 items there. 3 of them are called NVIDIA nForce Serial ATA Controller. Those three
all list this nvstore.sys as their driver.

I suspect that if I could replace or fix that driver it would solve the issue based on the advice given by Annanya. Does that sound right? If so, how would I go about it?
