Windows 10: Computer stutter after latest update

Hi, all new guy here. Can someone please let me know where I should start looking with this problem.

After the last update when there is heavier network activity my computer would start to stutter and lag.
I have checked Task Manager when this occurs, usually when I am torrenting and everything seems to be in the normal range
CPU - 30s
Memory - 30s
Disk - Around 15

So far I have switched firewall program. Comodo to Zone Alarm - Comodo was giving me some problems even before the update. Their app agent would turn off and on at times
and uninstalled my 2nd torrent Client. Q-BitTorrent since I just installed the latest version before this started to happen, but that did not fix anything.

Suggest you to let us know the details of that update after which you started experiencing these issues.

Follow these steps to open the “view update history” screen:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on Windows Update.
  

You will find “view update history” option in the left panel.

Further if you notice a similar trend in performance issues over different computers then you may also leave a feedback using the Feedback app.

Computer stuttering and freezing after the latest update

Hello,

My computer has prompted me to install the latest update (KB4015217), so I did and I have been experiencing stutters and freezing ever since. It has never done this before and it is quite frustrating, as you can imagine, especially when I'm gaming.

Is anyone else experiencing similar problems or is there someone who could help?
