Windows 10: Extremely bad gameplay after updating to Windows 10

So im gonna be specific i have an alienware x51 r2 which i recently upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7. Instead of creating a recovery option or baking it up i figured i would just redownload all my games and applications. After upgrading, all the previous alienware applications and drivers were uninstalled. So i went to the website and reinstalled all the drivers and applications. However after trying to play a game the fps were 20 frames lower than it was on windows 7 and the quality is significantly lower as well. I dont really know what to do. Help?

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
