  1. Bluetooth Mouse: Cannot connect or remove old pairing in Win10

I have IT level experience with computers in general, but I ran into a bug I can't seem to sort out.

Computer: Alienware 15r3 with Windows 10

    Mouse: Logitech M535

Steps to get consistent results with this problem:

    1. Restart Computer.

    2. Check Bluetooth settings. My Logitech M535 shows up here as paired.

    3. Remove device. Device disappears (temporally) from list.

    4. Try to pair. Set mouse to discoverable by pushing button under mouse. Click "Add Bluetooth or Other Device" and select the first option "Bluetooth (for mice, etc)"

    5. Computer will find any Bluetooth device, except my mouse. (Any other computer, or my even my android phone, can properly connect and use the mouse.) Because the computer cannot find it, I cannot select it for pairing.

    6. Restart Computer.

    7. Check Bluetooth. Mouse is back in the list again.

Steps I have taken to resolve this problem:

Delete all instances of the device in "Device Manager".

    Uninstalled all mouse drivers.

Reinstalled Bluetooth Adapter AND Mouse drivers.

Deleted the pairing information for the mouse in the registry. Listed under ["Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\BTHPORT\Parameters\Devices\"]

I am not sure what to do next, short of reinstalling Windows 10. If it comes to that I'll just buy another mouse, but I would very much like to use the one I already have, considering there is nothing wrong with it and it's less than six months old.

    :)

Can't pair Lenovo Bluetooth mouse and keyboard

Testing a Lenovo Bluetooth mouse and keyboard, Model LXH-JME8002B.
Manage Bluetooth Devices finds the Lenovo Bluetooth Mouse and when I click PAIR I get Connected then Paired, but the mouse pointer will not move. I've tried this and without my Wireless Logitech mouse connected.

With the Wireless Logitech mouse removed, I can move the mouse pointer with the touchpad but the supposedly paired BT Mouse can't. With it connected I can move it with the Logitech mouse but not the Lenovo BT mouse.

Does not see the Lenovo Bluetooth Keyboard at all.

I'm at build 10074, updated last evening from 10061.

Everything in Device Manager looks copacetic:

Manage Bluetooth Devices looks right for the mouse as well:

This is my first try with a Bluetooth device.

    My Specs are filled in.

Bluetooth mouse paired but will not connected any more

    Hi there,

My Bluetooth mouse "Microsoft Sculpt Touch Mouse" is paired to my PC but will not connect any more. The only mean I found to get it back to work is to go in the Windows menu: Settings > Devices > Bluetooth, to delete "Microsoft Sculpt Touch Mouse" device, to push the bluetooth pairing button on the mouse and to request new pairing on PC side. Then it is paired and connected, it works for a while, and then again connection is definitely lost and I need to redo all the stuff above.

Drivers (mouse and bluetooth radio) are up-to-date as said by Windows itself.

Anyone had this kind of problem? Any idea on how to solve it?
I think it is linked to my update from WIN 7 to WIN 10.

    Many thanks by advance!
