Hello,

we have a solution NICE APA digital assistants installed on VMs (via Hyper V) Windows 10 Pro.
For the NICE product to work, you need an active session all the time and for this we used the Autologon tool to create a permanently active session of an AD account and also local administrator on the NICE client VM.

What happens is that after a while, the session of our local Admin account seems to crash on itself and no more account can connect to the NICE VM Client, and not even the Admin account that is not abble to regain control of its own session. The NICE process, using the admin account, can not connect to the VM and the associated NICE scheduled task does not run. If we restart the VM and the scheduled task NICE littletime : it's gone and the Admin account seems succeed to "take control" of its own session.

In theory, NICE needs that the admin account session to be active always so that the scheduled task iniitiates its execution.

At the level of the Active Directory, our account in Autologon mode is parameterized like this:

End of a disconnected session: Never
Active session limit: Never
Inactive session limit: Never


When a session limit is reached or a connection is broken: Log out of the session

Does someone have an idea ? Something to change in the Active Directory configuration so that the session of our local Admin account does not "hang/crash" on itself?

windows 7 hidden admin account infected

visit safemode, log into admin account. download malwarebytes (or transfer from usb). run malwarebytes. exit safe mode. run an updated malwarebytes on admin account. eat some pie ;D

 

Autologon on a Microsoft Account?

Windows 10 Pro x-64, Autologon seems to have quit working around version 1809. It worked, along with sync with other devices, but since upgrading to 1809, I can only get it to work on a local user account. I tried the netplwiz fix, and the Registry fixes;
I twice deleted my user account, created new local accounts, then changed them to Microsoft accounts, only to have Autologon work with the local accounts and quit working when they were changed to Microsoft accounts. I also have upgraded to version 1903,
but still no Autologon with a Microsoft user account. Is this possible to fix, or has Microsoft eliminated this feature? I am not using Cortana.

 

Remove account


I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
