Windows 10: Avast Software showed up on my computer without authorization

Discus and support Avast Software showed up on my computer without authorization in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; Looks like it was installed on July 13, 2019.     Avast Software showed up on my computer without authorization


    Looks like it was installed on July 13, 2019. I never authorized it. Some people are saying it has something to do with CCleaner which is not something I have either. Others are saying it came with a Microsoft update. Trying to get to the bottom of it.

    Help! Data partition not showing under my computer

    This is happening on a windows 2000 server. Our second partition of the system, for data is not showing under my computer. Here are the properties of it in disk management:

    Now under logical drives its listed as F and shows free space available.

    Suggestions on how to fix this?

    1607 update problem with Avast.

    Hi,

    To troubleshoot your concern about Avast, perform the following:

    Repair Avast Antivirus software.

    • Press Windows key and X buttons simultaneously.
    • Click Programs and Features.
    • Look for Avast on the list.
    • Click Uninstall/Change.
    • Select Repair on the Avast Setup wizard.
    • Restart your computer after the setup finishes repairing Avast.
    If the issue persist after repairing, consider to uninstall and reinstall your Avast antivirus software.
