Fix windows 7 boot problems Macrium

After selecting fix windows boot problems in Macrium, it is showing 2 items. One System Reserved Partition, Second Partition C where windows is installed. Nothing is default tick. So where should I tick. Other thing in the next screen it again give 4 options, like Repair MBR, Repair BCD etc. Which to choose and should I Choose all. Mine is Win 7 64 bit.

    Booting/Fixing Windows 10 Disk.

The easiest/most reliable way to fix Windows boot problems has historically been Macrium Reflect's Fix Windows start problems utility. Probably the easiest way to make it is to make a bootable USB flash drive or DVD of Kyhi's recovery tools:
Windows 10 Recovery Tools - Bootable Rescue Disk

Boot into his recovery tools, run Macrium Reflect, under the restore menu will be the utility to fix Windows start problems. You will get a list of Windows installations that it finds then in the next step you will get a list of bootable partitions available for Macrium Reflect to fix.

You can also install Macrium Reflect free - but the fix Windows start utility is only available when you actually boot the computer from a Macrium Reflect rescue drive with Windows PE:

Windows 7 & XP Boot Problem

I did as that said, and was able to get back into Windows 7, but I did not have the option of going into XP. Response two on that page deals with that and says...

I did all that, upon rebooting Windows XP was listed as an option but selecting it doesn't work. I get a message saying something is missing or corrupt. I'm confused what drive letter I was supposed to use during the quoted method of adding XP support. While in Windows, the drive with XP is labeled as E:, but if I go into Windows setup it says the drive with XP is called C:. I had put E:, so perhaps it was supposed to be C...but while in Windows 7, the Windows 7 drive is called C:.

My current situation is that XP wouldn't work at all, but 7 would. I decided to reinstall XP again to be in the same situation as before. I'm unsure how to get them both working.
