are these policies why im getting an error?

I keep getting an error with Windows Update saying We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet. is this because of the policies in place? are these policies why im getting an error? 8b60fe60-959b-4e05-b33d-87f6f399ade1?upload=true.png are these policies why im getting an error? 1a14fad8-7bec-4717-af7b-1233da7cb973?upload=true.png

are these policies why im getting an error?

    AMD FX OC'ers Club

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
