Windows 10: unable to update windows 10 due to error code 0xC1900209

I have tried everything in the microsoft community to update my computer for three months now. Nothing has worked and im tierd of spending hours at a time trying to fix it, just to star over?try something else.

Ok, to sum things up, here a few hints to identify the cause of error 0xc1900209.

According to
this technet article the error code stands for:

0xC1900209
The user has chosen to cancel because the system does not pass the compatibility scan to install the update. Setup.exe will report this error when it can upgrade the machine with user data but cannot migrate installed applications.
Incompatible software is blocking the upgrade process. Uninstall the application and try the upgrade again. See Windows
10 Pre-Upgrade Validation using SETUP.EXE for more information.

To identify the incompatible app, grab a Windows 10 install image (use Windows Media Creation Tool to download the appropriate Win 10 version) und mount it. Then execute the file setup.exe located in the root folder of the Win 10 install image. The upgrade
wizzard shall list incompatible apps.

In case, an unknown app is enlisted from upgrade troubleshooter, it's possible to analyze the xml files to find out more details. The steps are discussed within my blog posts.

I get a request to upgrade security for Windows 10. I run it.

Then I get it cannot upgrade until I get newest version of Windows 10.

Then I get two errors 1) Infineon TPM Professional Package, incompatable, uninstall. (cannot locate this file) and 2) error code Oxc1900209 "Incompatible software is blocking the upgrade process. Uninstall the application
(duh!) I already know that , I can not locate"

I tried various fixes, but I cannot bring up search, windows defender offline, and various other tools.

How can Microsoft support really help me? Thank you

Hi, I am getting an error code 0xc1900209 when downloading the newest update. How to I go about fixing this issue?
