Windows 10: Irish keyboard gets installed automatically

Hi,

There is a bug in Windows 10 - it adds input languages which are not listed in the system and cannot be removed.




Irish keyboard is not listed in the user language list

How can I delete Irish keyboard and disable adding it?
The best solution I found is adding Irish keyboard and then removing it. But windows later adds Irish keyboard again.

Irish Keyboard

So I am taking a Gaelic class and am planning to study the Gaelic language abroad in Ireland, so I downloaded the Irish keyboard. Are there any keyboard shortcuts I can use to put fadas (accents) over my vowels? I know about the ALT+ codes but those are
tedious and difficult to use when trying to finish homework or type up papers.

Irish (GA) Keyboard keeps popping up in device keyboards.

That did not work. The shift+2 keeps putting " instead of @, the only way I can remove that annoying keyboard is to go to settings, add the irish keyboard and remove it again.

• Which Windows version and build are you using? Type winver in the search bar and press Enter to find out.
• When did you first encountered the issue?
• Have you made any changes on your device prior to the issue?
• Have you enabled the keyboard layout for two or more languages?
• Have you enabled a keyboard language in both Windows and Office apps?

Meanwhile, below are the steps to disable automatic keyboard layout change:

• Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.
• Choose Control Panel.
• Under View by, select Small icon.
• Click Language.
• On the left side, choose Advance settings.
• Under Switching input methods, uncheck Let me set a different input method for each app window.
• Click Save.
• Restart your computer.
