Windows 10: Blurry backround

    Blurry backround


    So I made some neat pixel art and I'd like to display it as my desktop backround in windows 10, but it comes out blurry instead of sharp! Is there a way to make it so it just zooms in on the picture without the blurriness? I'd rather not have to redraw it in a bigger resolution.

    Backround color on programs and text

    All my programs and text have a red backround/color I have tried changing personalisation, and microsoft support have not been any help, any suggestions ? Windows version 1903 but also appeared on the previous version from which Microsoft suggest I upgraded

    Monitor is a bit blurry

    I just built a new gaming rig and am using an XFX 6950 and an ASUS 23.6" monitor. On some pages, I notice some fonts are a bit blurry and strain my eyes. Any idea how I can fix this? I am using windows 7, so please make the steps work for that. Thanks.
