Windows 10: System update stuck on 23%

Discus and support System update stuck on 23% in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; Hi, my pc is stuck on "working on updates 23% don't turn off your pc.     System update stuck on 23%


    Hi, my pc is stuck on "working on updates 23% don't turn off your pc. This will take a while" for almost 3 hours now. I do not know what to do.

    It is showing preparing to install but it is stuck at 23% for a long time and something from the system is still consuming data... It feels like forever. It doesn't go above 23%.
