Windows 10: Window 10 Pro , cannot save automatic configuration script option in LAN setting

To make connections using my VPN need to set up automatic configuration script ( http://wp...dat) so navigating :

Control Panel/ Internet Options/ Connections / LAN Settings / Use automatic configuration script option


But after filling up value and clicking OK automatic configuration script option wasn't saved


Please advise how to set it up.

At my work, we have several C2D computers that run 24*7 without doing much work. I want to set them up to fold. But our company uses automatic configuration script or pac file proxy configuration to connect to the internet and intranet. Appreciate it if you guys could share any ideas on how to setup these pcs to fold.

 

IE not opening webpage when using automatic configuration script after Windows 10 upgrade

Hi,

I have upgraded from Windows 7 to 10. I have to use automatic configuration script (internet option ->Connections->LAN settings->Use automatic configuration script) to access webpage. After the upgrade none of the webpages are opening with IE or Edge. Even
skype or store is not working. However, firefox as well as chrome works fine with the same automatic configuration script . Please help me resolve this issue.

WCG+Automatic Configuration Script Proxy
