    my thinkpad e480 was recently formatted and since then the fingerprint doesn't work moreover the Windows Hello isn't working. the device manager as the biometric installed and and the control panel shows

    Thank you for the link. I was able to set my Diagnostics Data to Full by using gpedit.msc. But I still am not able to get rid of "Some settings are hidden or managed bu your organization."

    Any advise?

    When I want to change my language settings I see this message
    "some settings are hidden or managed by your organization"

    such like the screenshot below

    p.s :
    I've just tried both of :
    - gpedit.msc >>> / run /
    - Regedit/ policies >>> /run/
    none of them would work ...
