  1. Is there a recent update that is causing chaos?

I'm seeing a lot of questions here that each have the same problems that I have been encountering. Im about to flip out. I cant tell if I'm being hacked or is it the new additions"features " aka updates. Everything is going haywire. And there is a lot of extra I haven't noticed before and a lot of "need administrator approval"s. Think of a crash scenario and I'm sure I've battled it in the last week. I am really confused. I have had to wipe and reinstall win 10 on 3 of my devices. I had to create a whole new Microsoft account. My regular account is so old it says msn.com! It very sad. And I just don't know wth is going on? Does anyone have some info they can help with. IDk what info you need but. I have a DELL Vestro win 10 pro vsn 1903 bld 18362.239. Ive had BSOD for various problems, ntfs.sys fail, critical process has failed, bcd error. My pc was named minint p*****? whatever that is. I tried doing repairs in cmd and got this ISSUE:\\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\Harddisk\VolumeShadowCopy2 does not exist. But now that I'm on a new account everything seems to work fine. My laptop had the harddrive locked so I couldn't even wipe it. What the hell???

    :)
