Windows 10: text boxes not allowing imput

Unable to fill in any information required in Text Boxes on internet forms. Just resting the curser in a text box will delete the web site. HELP Have spent 6 hrs researching problem, Im not even close. Not long ago up graded to Windows 10. Just discovered that some how years of documents and over 1000 photo's ended up in my recycle bin. Moved them all back.

ive the HTC touch dual 16 key version.

how do i change the default text imput method from xt9 to ABC(multitap method)

everytime i change the method on a new text its reverted back to xt9 the next time i open a new text message??????

I have read the manual, but it just keeps reverting back to xt9??

Most phones you can switch off predictive text,but the dual seems to keep xt9(predictive text) as default???

maybe im missing a setting or option...id really like predictive text turned off and have multitap as my default imput method??

 

Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it
