Windows 10: greyish background and strange flashing of white light

Discus and support greyish background and strange flashing of white light in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; In chrome background of tabs looks ugly greyish, instead of normal white, even url box and other fields on website.     greyish background and strange flashing of white light


    In chrome background of tabs looks ugly greyish, instead of normal white, even url box and other fields on website. Even in system if i think about it, it looks to greyish. While i didn't change, or do anything lately. Or when i try to go to fullscreen in sm player i have weird flash of white light sometimes. Or when i am in chrome and i alt tab, all the sudden tabs looking normally white. I tried to reinstall drivers, but didn't help. It is like only part of ui, everything else looks normal... I heard it is caused after update, but i didn't updated anything now, strange...
    Not sure what cause this any ideas ?

    White Light Flashing...

    white flashing tells you are in standby mode.

    go to notifications light in settings and uncheck.

    thats what i should have told you to uncheck,when in stanby mode i.e on but screen off white notification light flashes .

    Black/greyish background in windows explorer.

    I found this image on the internet somewhere. How can I have such dark interface in windows 10 file explorer ?

    Moreover, this is not a separate file manager. If you take a closer look on the left edge, you can see the a cropped portion of list having pinned shortcuts which is also dark.
