Windows 10: Unable to connect to a banking institution.

I have been unable to connect to one banking institution.

I have been successful with 2.

Here is the error message I am getting:

HTTP 406 error

Partnership with Financial Institutions

You really need to speak to your bank, etc., and ask them what their plans are for extending their mobile apps to Windows Phone 7. Microsoft doesn't write/publish the apps, the financial institutions do.

Scroll to the bottom of the front page > Look for an "Online Security" link.

about emerging threats and provide guidance about the steps institutions can take to be prepared.
