is there a faster easier way to hide the taskbar in windows 10?

I KNOW how to hide the Taskbar using the automatic hide option. I usually want the Taskbar to show, however there are times when I want it to drop away for a period of time while using some web pages. Is there a foster way to do this without having to go into Settings etc? My computer is sslloooww and takes a while to respond to requests to go to a new page etc. It seems to me that Windows 7 (I think??) had an easier way to get this done?

Thanks for any help that anyone can give.

    :)

  2. how to effectively hide or disable the taskbar?

    Hi,

Did you try the “Auto-hide the taskbar” option from Taskbar properties?

If you have not tried it, I would suggest you to follow these steps and auto-hide the taskbar:

    • Right click on Taskbar.
    • Click on Properties
    • Check the box Auto-hide the taskbar.
    • Click on OK.

    Hope this information helps.
