    Hello,


    I've recently purchased a new laptop HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-cx0xxx (August 2019).


    I've always kept it up to date and I've never installed any counterfeited software.


    In the last few days I've bumped into BSOD quite a few times.


    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

    BAD_POOL_HEADER

    PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

    and many different others that I can't remember (one had KERNEL in it).


    I've contacted support and I was told to reinstall the OS so I restored it (is it the same?)


    I noticed that all these problems started when I upgraded Windows 10 from 1803 to 1903 without passing through 1809 (I couldn't find it anywhere).


    My laptop is kind of new and I don't wanna send it to assistance for a whole month.
