    Hi all,

I've been having Blue Screen of Death issues with my laptop (MSI GS63VR Stealth Pro). I had a clean install preformed for windows 10, and the BSOD stopped for about a week, and last night it started up again with the same error messages I was having before.

The crashes happen randomly, but they're usually when I have a browser open, or when I'm running a game.

    :)

  3. Printing stopped with November upgrade

    Hey Prestonpdx,

I would suggest you check if the print spooler is running. Start/Stop print spooler service. Follow the steps below.

    • Press Windows key + R, type services.msc
      and press Enter.

    • From the list, locate Print Spooler service.

    • Double click on the service and select Stop.

    • Restart the computer, repeat step 1&2.

    • Double click on the service and check if the service is started.
Get back to us with the updated status, we’ll be glad to assist you.

    Thank you.

  4. BSOD stopped for about a week, and last night it started up again

ntoskrnl.exe (and sometimes hal.dll) BSOD at every start of some video games.

    Hi Rob,

Thanks for the Reply. From what you've been stating above, I've done some of them :

    1. After the first BSOD (10.15 AM) I immediately updated my VGA driver with NVIDIA Geforce Experience and choosing the Game-Ready driver. And ran the game, and thus the second BSOD (10.38 AM) occurred.
    2. I Haven't done any troubleshooting things towards my Motherboard though, this will probably my next step.
    3. I've done this last week before I re-installed my Windows, which is last night.
    4. I've run a memtest86 yesterday evening with 0 error result (i didn't capture it though).
    5. I've run (almost) all troubleshooting methods though, like CL's chkdsk and sfc /scannow. But DriverView is something new for me, let me try to update some drivers.
    6. I've run Driver Verifier last week but my PC just restarted itself for like 3 times with no BSOD message at all BSOD stopped for about a week, and last night it started up again :(.
