Windows 10: BSOD StopCode System Service Exception Help

Hi,


I would like to request help with my computer before trying to restore it. I keep getting BOD StopCode System Service Exception. I am a beginner to intermediate, just enough info to be dangerous.

I have tried various troubleshooting suggestions and wasted much time, but am getting nowhere. I may end up having to just system restore. I have to start in Safe Mode just to operate my older laptop. I don't know what the cause of the problem is.

I followed instructions on how to include a Minidump. Can you help me? Please let me know if I have done this wrong. Location is C:\Users\2000-363NR\OneDrive\Minidump.zip

Stopcode: System Service Exception when using video conferencing software

My computer crashes regularly when using video conferencing software (Skype, Skype for Business, Zoom, etc.), but does not crash when not video conferencing. Looking at the minidump file, it says Memory Corruption and the only process name listed is dwm.exe.

Currently my Virtual Memory settings are using Windows 10 to automatically manage paging file size, currently allocated 512MB for 8GB of physical memory.

(The "System Service Exception" stopcode is when I don't have my USB mouse plugged in and am using my touchpad. When the mouse is plugged in, I instead get the stopcode "irql not less or equal".)

BSOD System Service Exception

Hello,

I recently upgraded my PC, almost all of my components except for keyboard, mouse, power supply, and monitors. Here is a list of my equipment:

Motherboard: Asus Prime B450m-a/csm

CPU: AMD 2700x

Ram: Trident Z RGB 3000mhz

GPU: EVGA GTX 1080 FTW

Storage: Adata M.2 256gb NVMe

External 1tb Mybook

After I got all my equipment set up I have been getting a BSOD System Service Exception. I have tried a clean install on my M.2 with Windows 10 Pro, but I continue to get a BSOD. I have ran a Checkdisk, and did a memory check also with nothing found.
I am not overclocking anything yet so I am not sure why this error is happening.

I went online and did all of the steps to try to figure out what was wrong, but could not figure this out.

Please Help!!!
