Windows 10: Windows 10 hacked then stolen !! ??

Yes it happened, this one, there are 6 administrators , but that's just some using my accounts on this one and using

accounts on my other laptop that they stole my windows program from and changed my product key, now this one, my firewall was open for all incoming traffic , and all out going was open also. They changed my administrator. Privileges' says I'm using a local account but I am not! My other Microsoft account I can't get back in it they changed my Info. But it shows there not connected, but I believe they are ! I've took accounts I have off of this one, but there copying the appstore apps now, I've been watching this go on two years or so, my ip address is showing its blacklisted, I'm working on getting that undone, but can't because now

I got this really big problem, , they shared all my info my system with everyone, everywhere, . It took me still today is the second-day , but I believe my product key was changed it says in control panel do I want to install window 7 . This one had windows 10. I've reinstalled a couple of times, but now it says that, I need help with my accounts I'm about ready to just not have any accounts, this is crazy, I've never seen so much happen to my systems to my accounts .almost 3 years I've been dealing with this stuff every other day, the app store shouldn't!! be able to be updated on our end or anything that pertains to the store the app store... Its just a way for the ones who do hack get in, it should be controlled by another ,not Microsoft users . I have problems with security, the app store, my accounts, and all the updates, to all of them . I need help, I've turned everything off, I believe , my internet connection is another problem to , I cant update I'm afraid that they stole my windows I cant reinstall , there using my info against me,,!! Help me out!!

• Open a new Explorer window.

• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
