    Stupid Camera App totally messed up my sound on my video


    I've been on hold with your tech support team for over a half hour. No one is answering. Your first agent suggested I restart my computer and asked about my updates THOSE ARE NOT THE PROBLEM.


    I have a deadline and no one is helping. I have videos on my camera--I use the camera/photo app and trimmed the video. EASY. Beautiful. Then I tried the second and third videos and your stupid app sped up my sound FOR NO REASON AND I CANNOT GET IT TO GO BACK TO NORMAL

    Since the previous troubleshooting steps didn't resolve the issue, we suggest performing a
    System Restore to get your computer back to its previous state.

    Note: System Restore will remove apps, drivers, and updates installed but won't affect your personal files.

    Let us know how that turned out for you.

    Hi. Unfortunatelly System Restore only had one restore date and it did not solve the problem. Any suggestion?
