Windows 10: Windows Hello Options Missing

Hello!

I've run into this problem, that, well at least the PIN option (windows hello) has vanished. I don't know if this problem came with the old update or the 1903 update. I discovered the problem when I went to log in to the Windows Store, and it told me my PIN wasn't available. I have been logged in before, so that made me confused, since i've never had a password login to my computer, or PIN for that sake. I've been trying multiple solutions around, but none has seemed to work out, and with the days gone by it's getting frustrating especially when i have quite a few games from the Windows Store, so now im trying to seek out assistance here I've attached some pictures for clarity. Just to mention, i have a custom stationary computer, so it's not a surface or anything like that with fingerprint or webcam.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

To assist you better with your concern, we suggest that you disable Windows Hello. This should prevent you from getting issues in logging-in to your computer.

To do it, kindly follow the steps below:

• On your Cortana, type "Settings", and then press Enter.
  
• Select Accounts.
• Choose Sign-in options.
• Disable Windows Hello.
