Windows 10: Windows 10 not working properly

I have a Windows 10, but from some time ago I think it is infected by virus. The task manager is greyed out. Windows firewall not working, showing error code 0x80070422. Windows defender not working, when I try to restart it shows the error, "Unexpected error, sorry we ran into a problem please try again". Windows Store, not opening, its applications also not working like Films & TV also not working. And maybe others I do not know. Other applications are working fine at least for now. I tried to install Avast antivirus, after installing it restarted my computer but it crashed, and can not boot and using automatic repair it asked for some permission so that after repair it reverted back to its state a few days ago. I do not want to reset my system as I have my important files and settings that will be erased because of this. So I want to ask is there any solution for my problem.

Suggest you to plug in an external keyboard to check if that helps.

Follow these steps to launch the On-screen keyboard:

  Press Windows key + R to get the run window.
  
• 
  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.
