    Why is system not recognizing that a Logitch H800 has a mic?


    I haven't traveled in a bit, so when I tried to use my H800 via bluetooth, I saw two identical connection, neither of which worked. I deleted both then paired the headset. When it paired, W10 claimed it was for audio only. It has a boom mic. It used to work with the laptop.


    What did MS do to the drivers so that it's not recognizing the H800's mic, and how do I get it to recognize?

    USB Mic Problems.


    The next step is what I suggested originally. Try it in a friend's PC or take it to Best Buy and ask them to try it one of their PC's. Have to confirm the mic is working OK.
