Windows 10: Windows 10 pro desktop background become black

I was use Windows server 2019 and some laptop use Windows 10 pro. When I join domain all computer working good, but some laptop become black screen when they login outside of LAN or home, and still black screen when they come to login at office.

I try to edit GPO for deploy new desktop background again and again, but no result, desktop background still black.


What can I do with this problem?

Please help me with any solution.

• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Did you get any error messages or error codes?

In the meantime, we suggest that you try to check if the "Show Windows Background" option is turned on. Follow the steps below:

• Open Settings in the Start menu.
• Go to Ease of Access, then on the left side, click
  Other options.
• Turn on Show Windows Background and check if it works.

• Press Windows Logo Key + I. Then click on Personalization.
• Click on Background to change it.
