Windows 10: xbox on windows 10

i cant seem to get my xbox games onto my xobox, and for some reason its asking me to purchase games ive already bought. none of my games are apearing on my " games i own"

• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
