Windows 10: Elite controller 2 keeps disconnecting from my gaming laptop

When connected wired it works perfectly but when its connected via bluetooth it'll disconnect and it won't reconnect, I have to uninstall then reinstall, I've already updated the firmware to the latest and still same issue, my laptop is ASUS ROG (G703GX-XB96K)
And the laptop is also been fully updated with patches firmware etc, does anyone else have the same problem and can some point me in the right direction to fix this before I return for another, thank you and have a great day
