Bluetooth headphones cut out for a second every few minutes

Recently my bluetooth headphones have started to cut out for a second every few minutes. After looking at the event viewer I noticed this occurs every instance.

    MMDevAPI: Audio device state changed

Any idea what causes this to happen

    :)

  3. My headphones keep cutting out

My headphones started to cut out every few seconds for a second, and they are the Mpow-059. I have tried uninstalling the driver, messing with the communication devices and the enhancements, and they all didn't do anything, besides stopping the cuts for
a few minutes. I had also tried the bluetooth troubleshoot, and everytime it says "Turning on bluetooth" and "Problems found: Check bluetooth radio status" but it hadn't fixed anything.

    Bluetooth not recognising headphones

Bluetooth on my PC recognises, pairs with and works with an ear piece headphone/mic.
Bluetooth on my Smartphone recognises, pairs with and works with an Ausdom headphone.
    Therefore all hardware works.

However, PC Bluetooth will not recognise, let alone pair with, Ausdom headphone.

I have tried re-boots, turning Bluetooth on/off, uninstalling, re-loading drivers, etc. I have run out of ideas.

    Any suggestions please?
