Windows 10: When window is on top, can't click anywhere else

    When window is on top, can't click anywhere else


    When I have a window that stays on top e.g. Task Manager, no where else on the screen will respond to mouse clicks; not the task bar, start button or any other window on the screen. The only thing I can do is to minimize the window on top, or alt tab, but sometimes I need to be able to have a window on top while working in another window.


    I use to be able to have Task Manager open if I wanted to see the CPU or memory uses of programs as I use them. That's impossible now because I can't use the other programs until I minimize the Task Manager.


    Is it possible to get back to how it used to work?

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    You can add / change it or whatever but try and get the size of text bigger even if you make the other stuff HUGE

    For example - screenshots enc

    I'd like the Start menu text to be the same size as the text when you RIGHT MOUSE click on the start (windows) button.
