Windows 10: How do I fix Windows 10 ver 1903 settings and other apps "suspended" ?

Many of my apps in Windows 10 ver. 1903 have been "Suspended:"

Calculator, Settings, LockApp.exe, Microsoft Store, Notification Manager, Windows Shell Experience, RemindersWinRT OOP Server. I don't know how to fix them.


I need help desperately because my Microsoft Account isn't working when I log in, either using local account PIN, or Microsoft Account Password.

I recommend you to upgrade to V1903 via ISO file.

Windows 10 Ver.1903

I tried many times to windows update for Ver.1903 since June-2019 but still not success till now.

In August, I used the "Windows10UpgraderApp.exe" for trying update of Ver.1903.

The error code is 0xc0000006.

Please advise the solution to fix it.

Set Core/Mem Settings after return from suspend mode

Hello,

thanks for this great Tool. There is one more suggestion:

If the system returns from suspend mode, the Core/Mem settings are not set by the AtiTool. So you have to set the frequencies manually every time. It would be great to have an option like for the system reboot, that AtiTool sets the frequencies to a given value.

An alternative would be if the frequencies could be set by command line parameters, so I could launch AtiTool after return from suspend automatically.

To react after return from suspend you could implement a handler for the WM_POWERBROADCAST message and test wparam for PBT_APMRESUMESUSPEND.
