Change Local User into MicroSoft Accout

    Win 10 Pro 1803

Details regarding my desire to change as little as possible:

Using this PC as server for two other win 10 PCs on home network. All very old, barely able to run win 10, activations from win7, were XP (server), XP and Vista. Activations for none appear linked to Microsoft Account, but so far all have automatically re-Activated and my Microsoft account shows all three PCs. Only one tried will not boot from a recently made win 10 ISO, but so far one able to boot from old win 10 ISO I used to create all three from Win 7. Other two running older ver of Win 10 with homegroup created on server. Homegroup no longer on server, removed from network menus, but still shows when I right click folders to give access to.

A: I am having uses with sharing (with read/write/edit), sometimes above sever PC allows other on network, sometimes not.

Sometimes when I access server from other Win 10 PC on home network it allows me to edit server content, sometimes not. Recently it let me save a file from other PC onto this one, then not let me delete it on this on.

B: Is there anyway to change my existing local user account on my PC to my Microsoft Account user name: In such a way that:

    1. I do not lose any of my files or programs.

1.a. What I see for Doc, Music, desktop, et now, is what I will see with Microsoft Account login.

    2. I do not change my desktop.

    3. I do not change my privacy setting.

    4. I do not have to re-set up outlook, IE Explorer, Office, et..

    5. It in no way impacts another win 10 PC I am using and signing in with my Microsoft account.

So just basically taking my existing account in total and changing it (name and log in) into my Microsoft account, with nothing else changing except the user name?

C: Perhaps having all three PCs with Microsoft account would be good (or is that bad if Microsoft Deletes my account?)

D: I have also signed in on this PC with my Microsoft Account, it comes up completely different, different folders, different desktop, different edge, different permissions. I do I need to delete this user first?

    :)
