Windows 10: Mouse Cursor Hijack?

(Windows 10 Pro, Version 1909, OS Build 18363.476)

I have started having a problem in the last week, and my google-fu is failing me. My mouse cursor will be randomly grabbed and moved to a specific location* on my primary screen, and then will start clicking rapidly as it flits around. Small circles will appear around where it's clicking until I can get it to stop - usually by rapidly clicking the mouse buttons.

(Note - I have both updated the mouse driver and replaced the mouse - neither had any effect on this issue. Also, this can happen even if no one is touching the mouse or KB, and Remote Access is turned off.)

*Initially, it would move the mouse cursor to the upper-left corner of my screen. I manually updated windows and it seemed to stop for a few days, but now it's back - but it's moving it to the bottom-center of my screen.

Also, yes, I have run a full virus scan - nothing found.
I'm unsure what is going on, at this point. If anyone has suggestions, please let me know.

No mouse cursor

Hi,

It is possible that the system did not recognize the mouse of your computer after it booted up. This can be the reason why you do not see the mouse cursor. Kindly perform a power cycle to refresh the power of the computer. To do this, follow these steps:

• Shutdown the computer.
• After shutting it down, remove the battery (if you're using a laptop) and disconnect the computer from the charger.
  
• Wait for 1 minute.
• After 1 minute, attach the battery and turn on the computer.
• Check if you will see the mouse cursor.
