    Ok, I have an HP notebook, i5 db008, AMD A9 9425 radeon r5 2c+3g (2 core 3gig ram(shared)).

The 3 gig ram from the gpu is acknowledged by the task manager but not in use, it is drawing only 512 from my 8gig ram for system and saying I have 7.47 gis usable and only the 512 system display ram is working. I have F.21 Insyde firmware and looking for an optional firmware as I have no functionality on this one(locked).

Can anyone help with either an optional firmware or an unlock for the existing firmware and f10 doesn't work.

    :)

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

  3. To RAM or not to RAM...

Hey genesis what hardware have you bought, you might be able to save on the ram and step up the rest of the hardware a little...

Or you could go out on the town as suggested... *Big Grin The problem that started it all, GPU RAM. :D

    3:Yes,and is 4gb

4:Yes, and its not detecting it

I think its because on the 4 gb memory says 1Rx8 PC3L-12800U-11-13-A1 and its 1.35V (the 8 one is PC3-12800 CL11,1.5V) but im not sure.
