How to prevent certain program from auto update​

From Control Panel shows​

Windows defender firewall from right shows Advanced Setting​

From right shows Inbound Rules, from lift shows New Rule, and follow the steps​

1- اختار برامج​

2-حدد مكان البرنامج الذى لا ترغب في تحديثه ​

3-اختار حظر الاتصال ​

4- اختار كل الخيارات​

​

5- حدد اسم لهذه العملية​

6- بمجرد الانتهاء ستجد ان الحظر اصبح موجود على جدار الحماية​

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Also suggest you to install any pending Windows updates on the pc to check if that helps.
