Windows 10: Windows 10 Updates never updates?

Hi,

Im running Windows 10 home,

version 1709


Anytime i get an update and restart,it never updates?

Ive added an image of the 2 updates they always fail.

Ive tried several things,

clean boot

ran

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and chkdsk

Disabled my antivirus/firewall

Used the update assistant

deleted the downloads folder and start over again etc.

I have an ssd thats connected internally,nothing else is connected at the time.

I thought perhaps the ssd is causing the issue,so i uplugged it from inside but then the pc wouldn't boot,so i guess my os is on the ssd for the pc to boot up.

Nothing works ever.

Got no flags showing in my device manager so no issues there.

It was a free upgrade from windows 7.

Windows 10 Update

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

Microsoft to make Windows 10 updates mandatory

Well, at the moment at least, you can choose to defer upgrades. Under Settings > Windows Updates > Advanced options you need to check the box labeled "Defer upgrades". What does that do? Good question. The answer I've found might illuminate it to a degree.

I hear this only applies to Pro and Enterprise editions. But I can't verify that.

 

Update Realtemp

For example it doesn't have support for the modern CPUs , mine has 6 cores and doesn't list all the temperatures. It also may need to be updated for Windows 10 Fall creator's update.
