Windows 10: problem with running the system :) 0xc000000e error code

hello guys

i have some troubles with my new graphics card so i have deleted the gpu driver and stuff like this and i can't install either the old gpu </3 , the point isn't here after that i saw a device called "pci serial port" in the device manger so i thought this is the problem why the gpus or the graphic cards don't want to work well i tried to install a driver for the pci port " i think it's the port where i plug the graphics card" and nothing have worked well , then i have installed the windows on my other hard drive and i have did some experiments on the new system but also nothing have worked well , then i want to get back to my original system on the other hard drive but the problem that i want you to help me in started ,

i have windows 10 pro x64 core , hp desktop

and it keeps showing preparing for automatic repair then digonaisg your pc then it shows an error page like this exactly





i tried every troubleshot way but nothing work ; of course except these ways which will wipe my files from the hard drive cause i have many passwords that i don't know in my google chrome browser and many important book marks with many many important files that i don't want to lose , so how could i fix this problem and use my system well ?

like guys please imagine my situation i was have a slow and week gpu it's not good for games then i bought one can run games kinda good but that doesn't works well so i decided to get back to my original gpu and surprise no one is works so Oooo time to dig in google to find the solution but nothing then surprisingly i am close to lose all my files like what i have did in these life to be punished like this and i have came here sometimes and i find a good solution for windows problems so please save me
