Windows 10: Want to Delete "Windows10Upgrade", but there is no Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant tool

I have a 3.2Gb sized folder "Windows10Upgrade" in my C: drive. Dated June 10, 2019. I updated to 1909 last 11/12/2019 so it's much older than this latest update. According to the Help instruction, to delete it I simply should unisntall the Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant tool opening “Programs and Features” (appwiz.cpl) from the classic Control Panel. The problem is that there is no Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant Tool listed as installed, so there is nothing to uninstall.

Last Chance To Upgrade To Windows 10 For Free

The news staff missed this, but today is January 16, 2018, the last day you can upgrade to Windows 10 for free through the assistive technologies portal. Microsoft says if you use assistive technologies on Windows, you are eligible for the free upgrade offer.

windows.old should automatically be deleted 10 days after upgrade. Windows10Upgrade is the Upgrade Assistant. You can delete it if you want.

Have you already uninstalled Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant? The Windows10upgrade
folder was generated by Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant during an update. If you are satisfied with the update and your system is operating fine, you can safely remove this folder by uninstalling the Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant.

• In the search box on the taskbar, type Programs and Features, then select
  Programs and Features from the results.
  
• Look for Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant in the list, right-click on it, and select
  Uninstall.

If the Windows10upgrade folder remains after uninstalling the upgrade assistant, you may manually delete the folder in File Explorer.
