  1. diagnosing windows 10 continuous BSOD

Have posted before in various subredddits. Thought I had the problem fixed by running the System File Checker tool, but it happened again.

    Specs:

    CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700x

    RAM:16GB

    Graphics Card:Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070

    1TB HDD

    Mobo: asus tek prime b450m-a

    ----

The computer is only a few months old but has now crashed or blue screened at least 12 times. Usually when doing something not at all intense like watching youtube. Video freezes, audio continues, screen blinks black a few times and then BSOD (or hard reset).

    Things I've tried:

-System File Checker: which did fix a few files

    -ran a memtest: no results

    -updated all drivers

    --

I downloaded WhoCrashed but am not sure how to interpret the results.

    WhoCrashed Report

I also checked for conflicting drivers but also don't know how to interpret the results:

    conflicting driver report

    --

Honestly I avoid using my computer because it frustrates me so much. Which sucks because its a nice new computer and i'd love to be able to enjoy it.

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
