  1. Stuck in automatic repair loop after update

I own a relatively new computer (May 2019) and upon updating, I get greeted with the option to choose a keyboard layout. I choose US and am asked to troubleshoot or turn off my pc. Clicking troubleshoot greets me with sevral options to help, none of which have worked to fix the issue, and as you would expect, turning it off and back on again is useless. I get a bunch of error messages that i will display for you:

Startup Repair: Couldnt repair my pc

Either uninstall update: We ran into a problem and cant uninstall

System Restore: Asks me to specify which windows installation by restarting, doesnt prompt me when i do so.

System Image: Cant find a system image

I have tried DISM commands and a myriad of other commands and nothing has worked so far.

Keep in mind that im doing this all off of the repair my pc function in the usb installation media. I tried to do this without and it gave me an error with my partitions which Is another problem.

Thanks for all the insight yall can provide.

    :)
