Windows 10: Windows 10 mail inbox print icon

The Windows 10 mail inbox has some selections/headings eg "Reply" "Reply all" listed at the top, and then three dots which the drop down display shows "Mark as unread" "move" … "print" "zoom"

I find it very annoying that the PRINT option is in the drop down area

How do I shift the order of these headings around so the print selection is at the top of the inbox next to the "reply" selection ?

Windows 10 Mail app won't print some messages

How do I unlink linked inboxes in Windows 10 Mail?

I tried following the above steps, but when I do step 3, I don't receive a pop-up window or anything that will let me uncheck a linked account, and I am an "Administrator" User on this Win10 Desktop PC. Any other workable solutions?

Delete mails in Outlook but want to keep mails untouch in webmail

When I deleted an email in outlook and my webmail got deleted too. I want to keep all the inbox mails from the webmail even I complete deleted in outlook. I spend hrs can't think it out how. Any step by step instruction? I'm using IMAP account btw. Thanks and Merry Christmas.
