    Laptop unable to reboot, post update of 1903


    Laptop doesn't reboot post download of update 1903. I have tried most of the solutions available on various communities. Still, not able to reboot nor reset the PC. Any suggestions.

    How long to install 1903 update--new laptop

    I downloaded the 1903 iso and ran the setup.
    It took about 2 hours (many steps with many reboots) to update.
    In my case it worked without issues but there are many users that encounter problems like USB not working.
    Just after installation, WU did a huge update on it (probably to fix the 1903 bugs).

    Unable to connect my Samsung phone to my HP laptop after updating to 1903

    Post updating my HP laptop to the 1903 update i am now unable to connect my Samsung S7 to see files and folders. Worked before update and yes tried different cables etc .
