Windows 10: Additional mouse options not working! (windows 10)

Whenever I click additional mouse options in Settings and control panel, Nothing seems to happen, and no software opens. Please help!

Kindly follow these steps.

1. Click or press the Windows button, then type in “mouse.” Click or tap Change your mouse settings from the resulting list of options to open the primary mouse settings menu.

2. Then select Additional mouse options.

3. In the Mouse Properties window that appears, select the Pointers tab. The first option there is Scheme.

Click on 'Use default' and apply

WHEN I WAS USING WINDOWS 10 THE MOUSE CURSOR CHANGED TO WINDOWS XP CURSOR WHEN I OPENED ADDITIONAL MOUSE OPTIONS IT CLOSE automatically need help with this thing.

To address your concern, we suggest that you follow the instructions below:

• Click Windows key + R, then type main.cpl.
• This command will open the Mouse Properties, under Pointers you can revert your mouse settings to
  Windows Default. Click OK to save changes.
